Meet Ashley

Ashley is driven by a profound aspiration—to establish a space where healing is not only attainable but also readily accessible to everyone. The inception of So Hum emanated from the fundamental concept that we are all interconnected, contributing to a greater universal purpose. In unity, we thrive; in togetherness, we heal.

Having earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Directing with a minor in Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ashley embarked on a transformative journey. She relocated to Minnesota, securing a Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and a Nutrition Coaching Certificate from Precision Nutrition. Currently pursuing her Ayurveda Practitioner Certificate from the Yoga Veda Institute, Ashley is dedicated to expanding her expertise.

In August 2020, Ashley found solace and healing in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by the nurturing embrace of trees, the calming ocean, and the presence of family.

Ashley holds an Integrative Trauma Therapy Certificate from The Embody Lab, where she guides clients towards presence and embodiment through somatic and energy healing practices.

Beyond her contributions to the wellness realm, Ashley serves as a compassionate guide, bridging the gap between adversity and joy. She aids her clients in their healing journey, culminating in the thoughtful planning of individualized trips—a symbolic step into a new chapter of their transformative odyssey.

Embracing a holistic approach to healing, Ashley harmoniously blends Eastern and Western medicine principles, seeking to bring peace to the body, mind, and soul.
